Chocolate Waffles

I wanted to do something fun for breakfast this morning, since we were both awake in time for breakfast (which is rare). The first thing that I thought of was chocolate waffles!

Chocolate Waffles
1 ½ c. Bisquick Baking Mix
1 c. Sugar
1/3 c. Cocoa Powder
¾ c. Water
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs

Beat all ingredients with wire wisk until almost smooth. Pour batter onto hot waffle iron. These bake soft, so I used level 4 on my iron.

Serve with starwberries, vanilla ice cream, whipped cream, chocolate sauce, or berry syrup!
